Vidula and Nate were married November 25, 2016 at Paradise Valley Country Club. This couple wanted a warm and cool color palette, good food, and chic sports inspired details. With both traditional Hindu and traditional Christian ceremonies, this vibrant fusion wedding is an all time B+B favorite. Vidula and Nate while Vidula was clerking for Nate’s mom; a lunch date led to forever. They share a love of sports, politics, and their dog Tank.

Traditional invites designed by the couple in India, paired with the bride’s modern henna (with the groom’s name hidden within the art!), made for the perfect combination of classic and modern.

Vidula chose a Anita Dongre lengha that she picked out in India. We love this pre ceremony photo of mother and daughter, Vidula and Asha had such a beautiful relationship and we really enjoyed working with the entire family as we planned the big day! Makiaj Beauty did a spectacular job on hair, makeup, and jewelry setting. The bride, her maids, and the family looked both natural and glam. It was the perfect combination!

Warm and cool blooms paired with US2YOU’s modern acrylic structures created a clean, inviting, and minimalist ceremony design. The bride wanted the Mandap to have an abstract grid-like ceiling to hold orbs and vines and we were happy to build it for her! Mustard color blooms met with pops of peach and blue made for a unique color combination that really popped on this overcast day.

The many traditions of a Hindu ceremony are always such a pleasure to witness. There was so much joy surrounding this day, the bride and groom genuinely smiled throughout both of their ceremonies. We loved that the bride and groom selected abstract and unruly wedding garlands featuring hundreds of full size roses.

Let us introduce you to Mr. and Mrs. Nate Brodman and Vidula Patki! Pure joy and so much happiness! These two signed their marriage license, and in their true fashionista selves, made a wardrobe change for their reception. You are going to love their look!

These two came out swinging with a choreographed first dance to the tune of Eights Days A Week by the Beatles. The bride wore Jimmy Choo’s and a cocktail length custom designed gown, and the groom in Hugo Boss — the crowd was on their feet the whole time! Divinity Event Lighting wow’d the crowd with their Dancing on a Cloud fog and light feature.

Paying tribute to the sport teams in their lives, the couple elected to name each table after their favorite basketball teams. Lola Lee Invitations created a custom seating map and coordinating table numbers.

Guests walked into a reception filled with thousands of flowers, suspended centerpieces, colorful La Tavola Fine linens, and elegant lighting treatments. The design team used the existing chandeliers to anchor these hanging masterpieces around the room, and elevated 24 continuous feet of floral above the head table. The mix of amber and blue uplighting, and the hint of pin spotting around the room really made the room shine!

No wedding is complete without some treats! The bride and groom went with the theme, Treat Yo Self and served up candy, macaroons from Sift Bakehouse, and wedding cake from Paradise Valley Country Club!

Vidula and Nate were so full of love, secret handshakes, and spirit.. We were so honored they chose us to plan, design, and flower their wedding. None of this would have been possible without the amazing vendor team! Special thanks to Jane Z Photography for capturing every detail perfectly! Check out their incredible wedding vignette [and to see all of their sweet dance moves!]  here.
